Kelly Brown


Kelly’s passion for fitness began at a young age when he started playing minor hockey. During high school he joined the Rugby team and was lucky enough to be able to travel to England and Wales on a rugby tour. After high school with minor hockey and rugby done, he took up MMA/BJJ at Driven. This would eventually lead to his new passion for Crossfit as a sport and his passion for coaching people to achieve their fitness goals.

Kelly may be best known for his 2.5 times bodyweight back squat.
